2. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, renting servers, or purchasing proxies from PROXYNADE (“we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms of Service, as well as the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, and not subject to any applicable sanctions, export control restrictions, or local prohibitions relating to the use of proxy or server infrastructure.

4. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.

5. Service Description

PROXYNADE provides access to dedicated servers and RCN ISP proxies for legitimate use cases only. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.

6. Payments & Billing

  • All orders must be paid in full (e.g. via Litecoin) before services are provisioned or extended.
  • Prices, billing periods, and available plans are shown in the UI and may change at any time for future orders.
  • Payments are non‑refundable once a server or proxy order has been delivered, except where required by law.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Without limitation, you may not use the service for:

  • Any illegal activity under applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Fraud, abuse, identity theft, phishing, or financial crime.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or running bulk mailing operations.
  • Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse of individuals or organizations.
  • Distributing malware, botnets, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized port scanning.
  • Violating the terms of other platforms, services, or networks.

8. Compliance & Monitoring

We reserve the right to log and review network activity associated with your servers and proxies where necessary to investigate abuse, respond to legal requests, or protect the integrity of our infrastructure. Details of what we collect and how we handle it are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
  • In serious abuse cases (e.g. malware, DDoS, financial crime), we may immediately disable access and cooperate with hosting providers, law enforcement, or affected third parties.

10. Service Modifications

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service (including pricing, features, or plans) at any time. For active, paid orders, we will make reasonable efforts to honour the agreed term or provide an equivalent alternative.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROXYNADE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, by EU law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the service shall be submitted to the competent courts of [Add city, e.g. “Madrid (Spain)”], without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under your local law.

14. Language
